When TLT began, it was a way to keep my hands busy doing something I loved - cooking and photographing those creations. It was never meant to showcase the healthiest or simplest recipes. Rather, TLT was aimed at bringing fun food to your table all the time. After a few years of finding my way and moving out of New York City, I discovered my love for watching things grow and change in the garden. It started with separating grocery store basil plants into their own pots (for optimal growing conditions!), and has grown (no pun intended) into exploring herbs and flowers and fruits and veggies that are intended to be harvested and used directly in my fun food - all the time. I feel the party in the garden really took off after building a raised bed that barely fits on my 66 square foot patio. Within this bed, I’m hoping to bring my love of gardening to my friends and neighbors.
