Buffalo Chicken Wraps

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breasts

  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt

  • 1 cup cheese of choice (we prefer cheddar)

  • 4 large tortillas

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  1. Combine 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, and 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning in a blender.

  2. Season chicken with 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon kosher salt. Air fry chicken at 375 degrees F for 12 minutes or until reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

  3. Dice chicken and add to cottage cheese mixture and 1 cup cheese. Combine.

  4. Fill each tortilla with buffalo chicken filling and wrap to freeze.

  5. To reheat, place frozen wrap in microwave for 2.5 minutes.

  6. Add 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil to a skillet and place wrap once oil is heated.

  7. Brown both sides (around 2 minutes each side) until crispy.

  8. To serve, drizzle ranch and hot sauce over ranch.
