Buffalo Chicken Wraps

1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
1.5 lbs boneless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 cup cheese of choice (we prefer cheddar)
4 large tortillas
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Combine 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, and 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning in a blender.
Season chicken with 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon kosher salt. Air fry chicken at 375 degrees F for 12 minutes or until reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Dice chicken and add to cottage cheese mixture and 1 cup cheese. Combine.
Fill each tortilla with buffalo chicken filling and wrap to freeze.
To reheat, place frozen wrap in microwave for 2.5 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil to a skillet and place wrap once oil is heated.
Brown both sides (around 2 minutes each side) until crispy.
To serve, drizzle ranch and hot sauce over ranch.
