Linda’s Bar and Grill Loaded Sweet Potato Tots
My favorite late night spot in Chapel Hill closed down. The only cure for my immense sadness and despair was to learn to make their sweet potato loaded tots. These are my best shot.

Base
Alexia’s Sweet Potato Puffs
Toppings
Bacon, cooked and cut into small pieces
2 Jalapeños, stemmed
Ranch dressing
Green onion
Parmesan
Red Pepper flakes
1. In the air fryer or oven, bake desired amount of puffs per package direction.
2. While puffs are baking, cook bacon.
3. Blend jalapeños and ranch together.
3. Slice green onions into strips.
4. Grate 1/4 cup parmesan into a bowl.
5. Combine all ingredients to your liking.
