Cucumber Jalapeño Margaritas

Servings: 4

For the juice:

  • 1/2 jalapeño (seeds removed)

  • 1/2 large cucumber

  • 1 cup water

For the margarita:

  • 2oz jalapeño cucumber juice

  • 2oz Blanco tequila - we use La Gritona always!

  • 1oz lime juice

  • 1/4oz agave or honey

  • Tajin

Blend jalapeño, cucumber, and water, then strain.

Shake 2oz jalapeño cucumber juice with 2oz tequila, 1oz lime juice, and 1/4oz agave or honey.

Serve in chilled glass with agave or honey Tajin rim.
