Cucumber Jalapeño Margaritas

For the juice:
1/2 jalapeño (seeds removed)
1/2 large cucumber
1 cup water
For the margarita:
2oz jalapeño cucumber juice
2oz Blanco tequila - we use La Gritona always!
1oz lime juice
1/4oz agave or honey
Tajin
Blend jalapeño, cucumber, and water, then strain.
Shake 2oz jalapeño cucumber juice with 2oz tequila, 1oz lime juice, and 1/4oz agave or honey.
Serve in chilled glass with agave or honey Tajin rim.
